You'll be restricted though to email only support (calls will be charged) and electronic updates for all the maintenance and legislative updates released during the year.
EXPRESS is subject to a number of limitations, such as:

You have the same obligations such as Annual Leave accruals and payment calculations, Relevant Daily Pay calculations, IRD approved schedules etc. and SmoothPay Express edition provides all this and more at very little cost.
