PlainSailing is FREE club membership and accounting software, available for Windows and Mac.
SmoothBackup is a free backup utility we wrote a few years ago that zips up selected folders into an archive file to any specified folder on any connected hard drive letter (local, network, USB key etc). It's quick - and did we mention it's free? Oh, and it comes with this handy user guide.
myData is a utility that lets you export any of your payroll and financial data from MYOB, into CSV, TSV (Tab separated values) and XML formats, and yep, it's free.
